With nearly three years of employment under his belt, Larenzo Bredeck, Senior Software Developer, was recognized by colleagues for his outstanding contributions on a project focused on enhancing operations for independent agents.
Larenzo led internal technical efforts and developed numerous interfaces to help agents streamline their day-to-day processes, making it easier for customers to become a member and acquire a Royal Neighbors product. Some of his notable enhancements include creating an option to view supply order history, building additional reporting tools, and developing a display for agents to view pending and recent transactions. In addition, Larenzo professionally collaborated with vendors, maintained a positive attitude, and embraced obstacles to deliver impactful results.
Outside of the office, Larenzo enjoys spending time with his wife and 5-year-old daughter, as well as volunteering at Royal Neighbors Chapter 20003 activities and for a local running group. His favorite hobbies include photography, 3D printing, and tackling DIY projects.
